Some information about us

Fullers Smith and Turner have records of the purchase of the Hare and Hounds in 1872, though the current structure has a plaque dating it at 1904. In those days the pub would have served the estate workers from Osterley House, travellers and the local village people. There are records of the pub housing a separate off license and a bowling alley, as recently as the 1950’s.

During the last refurbishment, we framed many of the old photos of the pub and area and they can be seen on the walls around the bar.

Today the Hare and Hounds, still owned by Fullers, is as prominent a part of the local community as ever. We pride ourselves on offering fine, freshly cooked meals, fantastic wines and the great real ale you would expect from a Fullers pub.
